Excellent location on the river. Convenient hotel boats. Fine views from the 34th floor room. Spacious and comfortable accommodations. Professional and accommodating staff. Well-maintained facilities. Great restaurant options, especially the Thai on the river. Relaxing swimming pool overlooking the river.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Everything! 3 perfect days! Room, breakfast, dinner, swimming pool, river shuttle... nothing to complain about! It's a great establishment at a great price!

The only downside is that natural orange juice would be more in line with this type of establishment.

I had a fantastic stay at a riverside hotel in this city. The location was very nice, with easy access to the Iconsiam and Rivercity shopping malls. The hotel facilities were great, especially the spa and pool area. The breakfast was delicious and the staff provided excellent customer service.

Can't fault anything about it.

The service at this hotel was really good - we was like royalty! The staff were friendly, efficient, and made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. The attention to detail was excellent, with small touches like a bookmark in my book and eyeglass cleaner left near my glasses. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide selection of delicious food. We also loved the convenient location, with easy access to transportation options and a nearby shopping mall.

The noise insulation in the rooms could be improved. We stayed in room 2501 and could hear noise from the conference room above us and the room next door.

The service is fabulous, the location is unbeatable and it is an exquisite, refined and elegant luxury

I have been lucky enough to stay in several of the world's great hotels, for example, Raffles in Singapore, Mandarin Oriental in Kuala Lumpur, Galle Face in Colombo, or Norfolk in Nairobi, among others, and I have to say that the Peninsula has nothing to envy from any of them. For me it is the best hotel in Bangkok, above the great classic, the Oriental. Exquisite attention, very good service, glamour, and excellent gastronomy.

This hotel is a luxurious venue with exclusive amenities that exceed expectations. We enjoyed the outstanding service provided by the friendly and professional staff.

There was a minor issue at the restaurant, where the continental breakfast was not up to our standards for a 5, star hotel. the in, room breakfast and poolside snack bar service were exceptional.

The location

One of the breakfast restaurants has been closed for a year. Some details of the rooms are damaged electrical outlets in the shower difficulty to switch from the manual shower to the wall shower

Excellent hotel, the staff is attentive, always attends you with a smile and excellent service attitude.

A little removed from the tourist attractions of Bangkok

The hotel is located on the west side of the river, which offers stunning views of the Bangkok skyline day and night. From the hotel, it is easy to access the central pier and the new shopping center, which has an amazing food market. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with comfortable beds and beautiful river views. The bathroom is well-maintained and equipped with all necessary amenities. The staff provides excellent service, making guests feel pampered and well taken care of. The breakfast buffet is extensive and offers a wide variety of delicious options.

One downside is that there is not a huge choice of cooked meats, such as ham and lamb, which may disappoint some guests who enjoy these options.

In addition to being a very beautiful establishment, the staff is very pleasant and attentive! The hotel is clean, pleasant and in the center of Bangkok a real pleasure to visit the city.

I had my breakfast for free and they said no. The room doesn't have many chairs to sit on, it's tables with chairs.

The hotel I stayed at was situated right next to a beautiful river, which added to the overall tranquility of the experience. It was a welcome escape from the busy lifestyle of the city. Moreover, there were convenient shopping malls, such as Iconsiam and Rivercity, located along the river, providing easy access to a variety of amenities and entertainment options.

The room I stayed in was not well-maintained. There were several signs of neglect, including faucet leakage, wallpaper bubbles, and stains on the furniture and carpet.

Missed an iPhone station in the room to listen to music. A little left alone on arrival...No accompaniment in the room and lack of explanation breakfast, access, swimming pool etc...

the buffet dinner was very expensive compared to the price charged for this kind of service.

The staff is fantastic and very nice. The hotel provides efficient ferry services and offers cool water on board. The location is incredible, situated on the river. The hotel facilities, including the pool and restaurants, are well-maintained. The rooms are clean, spacious, and have amazing views.

The charming and very diligent staff, the simply exceptional concierge service, the wonderful facilities, the rooms overlooking the river of dreams, the spectacular breakfast with western buffet and delicious Asian specialties,. Staying at this hotel was an exclusive experience with luxurious amenities that exceeded my expectations. the spa and wellness center was outstanding, with a beautiful sauna and steam room. I enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool with a stunning view of the city skyline. the library was a great place to unwind, and the sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers was perfect for sunbathing. the service was impeccable, and the restaurant had a diverse menu with special diet options.

Although everything was magnificent, there was a minor issue with the lack of live entertainment. I expected there to be some form of live music or show, considering the exclusivity of the hotel.
